You can take it with warm water or warm milk.

Are fine to take.
Diet to avoid
Avoid all types of junk food and excessive non-vegetarian foods, try to avoid or limit alcohol and smoking. Avoid aerated drinks. Please prefer homemade food wherever possible. It is best to avoid cold water / cold foodstuffs soon after taking this ghee. While taking this ghee, it is better to avoid excess garlic and onion and excess nonvegetarian food.
