Triphala Ghee benefits

As medicine quarter to half teaspoon with water, usually before food, once or twice a day, or as directed by an Ayurvedic doctor.

For the Panchakarma preparation – Snehana procedure, the dose depends on the disease status and the judgment of the Ayurvedic doctor.

It may be taken by itself or mixed with Triphala choornam.

2 drops of this ghee are put on the eyes, once or twice a day for 1 – 2 weeks. It helps to relieve eye dryness.

Triphala Ghee is also used externally in an eye procedure called Tarpana.

Take ½ -1 teaspoon Triphala Ghee once or twice a day, preferably after meals

Melted Triphala Ghritha is retained in the compound for a few minutes. The patient’s eyes are immersed in the ghee medium during this procedure. Uses of Malkangani Ghee In the morning, put one drop of ghee on one patasha and gradually increase it by one drop every day for 25 days. From the 26th day onwards, gradually reduce it one drop at a time. Example If today you have taken 1 drop of ghee on 1 patasha, then on the next day, take 2 drops of ghee on 1 patasha.
