| This kit comes with 3 total clothes: 1 big and 2 small. Each cloth is made of cotton.
How do I use the wet pack?
- Take the big cotton and fold it into a long strip about 10 inches wide and 1 meter long. Dip it in cold water. The water should be as cold as you can easily bear. If your tap gives out cold water, that's good enough; otherwise, you may use some ice. Squeeze out the excess water and wrap it around your abdomen. Tuck it in so it doesn't fall off. Half the pack should lie above the navel, and the other half should lie below the navel.
- Take the small strip, dip it in cold water, squeeze out the excess water, and wrap it around your neck.
- Take the other small strip, dip it in cold water, squeeze out the excess water, and wrap it around your forehead.
Notes -
- After applying the wet pack, you may wear your clothes over it and continue with your daily chores. You need not sit in one place.
- Keep the wet pack on for about 30 to 40 minutes.
- You may apply it anytime, even before or after a meal. Just make sure you do not eat or drink while the wet pack is on.
- Apply the wet pack twice a day (once in the morning and once in the evening), or at least once a day.
- If you have a fever, cold, cough, diarrhoea, stomach ache, or any other acute disease, you will benefit from applying a wet pack 3–4 times a day.
- Children and pregnant women can also do wet packing.
- Wet packs can be used during menstrual cycles.
- Always apply the wet pack to all three regions: the stomach, neck, and forehead.
Benefits of Wet Pack
- It increases blood circulation, and hence, toxins accumulated in the depths of our organs start leaving their place. It's a powerful way to detox the body. A wet pack is even more effective when followed by an enema, as the circulated toxins are eliminated through the enema.
- When applied to the abdomen, it relieves all forms of indigestion. It is powerful for curing ulcers, IBS, GERD, acidity, bloating, constipation, stomach pain, and colitis.
- When applied to the neck, it helps get rid of thyroid problems.
- When applied to the forehead, it increases blood circulation near the brain and helps get rid of headaches, migraines, and other mental disorders.
- It tones up the stomach and helps get rid of excess fat.
